Founded in September 1989, Xiamen Riken Industrial Co.,Ltd. is exclusively funded by Taiwan Riken Industrial Co.,Ltd. (which is 50% invested by Riken Corporation). Registered capital is 12 million dollars, and aggregate investment is 30 million dollars.

Company Structure

The Board of Directors is mainly in charge of making major decisions regarding corporate operation decisions, corporate system approval and top management employment. There are totally six departments in Xiamen Riken: General Manager Office, Management Department, Sales & Marketing Department, Quality Assurance Department, Manufacturing Department Ⅰ and Manufacturing Department Ⅱ.

History

Rikagaku Kogyo, predecessor of Riken Corporation, was established in 1927. Riken Corporation was established in 1949. Xiamen Riken Industrial Co.,Ltd. was established in 1989, exclusively funded by Taiwan Riken Industrial Co.,Ltd.
